Qualifications

• Handling new joiner and employee inquiries and issues, providing resolutions or escalating as needed.

• Implementing process improvements to optimize operations and delivery.
• Analyzing data to inform Regulatory Compliance metrics and drive strategic decision-making.
• Upholding professional and technical standards in alignment with company guidelines.
