PwC Acceleration Center Buenos Aires is seeking an Associate for Healthcare Professional contracting. You will engage with clients to navigate health services risk management within advisory services, contributing to contract development and compliance in a fast-paced, globally connected team.

Competenze

Bachelor’s degree required.
At least 1 year of contract management, legal operations, or HCP/HCO engagement experience in healthcare or consulting.
Oral and written proficiency in English required.

Mansioni

Manage HCP/HCO contracts from intake through drafting, redline review, e-signature, amendments and system upload.
Create, process, and execute contracts using standard templates.
Review contracts to ensure completeness, accuracy and regulatory compliance.
Monitor contractual risk and implement mitigation strategies.
Collaborate with teams to manage master agreements and obligations.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Support client interactions by explaining terms and conditions.
