AvantStay is seeking a Head of Local Marketing & Partnerships to establish and run local marketing across markets. You’ll own budgets, build partnerships, and craft campaigns to drive direct bookings and owner leads while working with area managers.

This is a fully remote role open to international candidates outside the United States, with US business hours and budget authority from day one. You will write the local playbook, launch new markets, and ensure AvantStay’s presence in listings,

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in local, regional or field marketing, partnerships or business development for a multi-location consumer brand.

• Develop a clear local marketing strategy for every market with area managers.
• Allocate budget across markets and justify monthly spend.
• Identify, pitch, and close local partnerships.
• Create market-specific campaigns to drive direct bookings and owner leads.
