Job summary

Oaklawn Racing Casino Resort is hiring a Front Desk Agent to deliver attentive, courteous service during check-in, stay and checkout. You will promote guest satisfaction and help guests with local information, policies and amenities, while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy in reservations and billing.

The role requires at least 18 years old with front desk or guest service experience, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Guest service experience preferred.
• Front desk experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to handle several projects and tasks at the same time.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, courteous and efficient service to all guests during check-in, throughout their stay, and at checkout.
• Promote superior customer service in line with department and company standards and programs.
• Maintain confidentiality in all departmental and company matters.
• Provide information to guests about hotel policies, services and amenities.
• Respond to guest requests for assistance and information about the local area.
• Balance cash drawers and maintain daily logs.
• Assist other team members and departments to contribute to overall department performance.
