Syneos Health in Buenos Aires, Argentina is seeking an Associate Director to drive GTM planning and execution for Full-Service Solutions. You will develop customer-facing promotional materials, segmentation, and omnichannel campaigns while enabling the business development team and forecasting pipelines.

The role requires strong data modeling skills, AI-driven workflow automation, and the ability to lead high-visibility projects in a global matrix environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics field, or Business Administration or Marketing.
• Demonstrated very strong written and verbal proficiency in English.
• Demonstrated strong analytical aptitude and data analysis skills.
• High proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• Experience with enterprise AI tools (ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Claude).
• Ability to travel internationally infrequently (1–2x per year).

Responsabilidades

• Manage and execute tactics on the GTM plan and annual plan.
• Conduct competitive landscape assessments and identify opportunities.
• Identify priority target customers using analytical methods.
• Support strategy, planning, and execution of demand generation tactics.
• Own end-to-end strategy for marketing and demand generation events.
• Produce collateral to support new offerings and strategy shifts.
• Coordinate thought leadership pieces and whitepapers for campaigns.
• Streamline qualifying pipeline reporting with systems integration.
• Leverage AI tools to analyze complex datasets for biotech targeting.
• Lead working sessions and manage cross-department projects.
