Syneos Health in Buenos Aires, Argentina is seeking an Associate in Growth Marketing & Business Development to lead targeted outbound outreach and partner with marketing and account teams. You will leverage AI tools, market intelligence, and research to drive pipeline opportunities and optimize messaging across the customer journey.

You will collaborate on campaign development, prepare insightful pitch materials, and coordinate roadmaps while staying current on industry trends and company

Formación

• 2–5 years of strategic selling experience.
• Self-starter who can work with minimal direction.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience building relationships.
• Ability to communicate across disciplines and hierarchies.
• Persuasive communication and writing skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, multi-disciplined, team-driven environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong time management, organization, and presentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute targeted outbound outreach to support lead generation and pipeline.
• Partner with marketing and account leadership to identify target accounts and opportunities.
• Use AI tools and market research to improve targeting and messaging.
• Lead AI-informed prospect research and outreach strategies.
• Improve the customer journey and touchpoints from awareness to conversion.
• Support campaign development with audience strategy and messaging.
• Provide insights on messaging and alignment of marketing and BD efforts.
• Prepare pitch briefing materials summarizing client background and market context.
• Coordinate pitch roadmap activities and team alignment.
• Maintain knowledge of company capabilities and industry trends.
