Syneos Health Commercial Solutions is seeking an experienced marketer to drive GTM tactics and revenue generation for Full-Service Solutions. You will lead customer segmentation, omnichannel planning, and pipeline forecasting, collaborating with cross‑functional teams and leveraging AI tools to scale impact.

You will develop promotional materials, support demand generation campaigns, and produce agile collateral while coordinating with global colleagues and vendors.

Formación

• 5+ years in life sciences industry (pharma/biotech/medical devices/healthcare tech)
• Bachelor’s degree in STEM or Business/Marketing
• Strong English communication (written and verbal)
• Strong analytical aptitude and data analysis skills
• Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
• Willingness to travel internationally 1–2x per year

Responsabilidades

• Co-create and execute the go-to-market plan and associated tactics to drive revenue and pipeline growth.
• Conduct competitive landscape assessments and identify differentiation opportunities.
• Identify priority target customers using multi-layer analytics.
• Support Senior Director of GTM with strategy, planning, and stakeholder alignment.
• Own end-to-end marketing tactics (conferences, events, webinars) and produce collateral.
• Develop thought leadership and whitepapers with cross-functional input.
• Streamline weekly qualifying pipeline reporting with systems integration (Salesforce, Excel, PowerBI).
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate analysis of complex datasets for biotech targeting and segmentation.
• Design working sessions, prepare content, and facilitate sessions as needed.
• Lead cross-department projects and coordinate with international teams.
