The Role
As a Growth Senior Analyst, you will independently lead high‑impact global projects and strategies to drive Fever’s entertainment market expansion across up to 40 countries. By designing end‑to‑end solutions and managing new business streams, you will collaborate across departments to enhance overall company performance.
What You’ll Do
- Contribute to one of Fever’s key markets, focusing on its growth and development.
- Manage your own pipeline of projects within a business line, showcasing the value you bring.
- Lead global projects that will define the future of the entertainment industry.
- Enhance overall company performance across different business departments that work together in the creation of new plans and events.
- Define and establish new strategies to increase performance using analytical, business, and strategic skills.
- Design end‑to‑end solutions with daily high impact.
- Create, develop, and manage new projects such as new business streams, workflows, strategies, and specific departments’ growth.
- Work with people and projects across different markets, with a special focus on developing new experiences across markets in a big international atmosphere (up to 40 countries).
Who You Are
- Bachelor’s in Engineering (civil, industrial, telecommunications, or aeronautics) or a background in Maths, Statistics, Data Analytics, or Strategy.
- At least 3‑5 years of experience in a business analytics role.
- High level of English required; Spanish is a plus.
- Experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, or strategy/analytics roles at top tech firms is a significant advantage.
- Data‑driven person who brings numbers to strategic and business decisions.
- Generate high business impact based on your decisions.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to manage and influence multiple stakeholders while working effectively across teams, disciplines, and business cases.
- Understanding of any coding language is preferred (SQL, R, Python…).
- Proactive problem‑solver and opportunity‑seeker.
