DistroKid seeks a Growth Product Manager (Senior to Staff) to own end-to-end member growth, from discovery to long-term value. You will partner with product, marketing, data, and design to size opportunities, back them with data, and ship impactful growth experiments.

A background in high-growth consumer or subscription businesses is essential, with strong analytics and AI tooling experience. You will lead a small, cross-functional team, set a bold growth backlog, and balance quick wins with

Competenze

• 7+ years in product, including 5+ years in growth.
• 3+ years owning growth metrics (activation, retention, revenue).
• Experience across funnel stages (acquisition to retention).
• Proven ability to run large-scale experiments and use data to drive decisions.
• Experience using AI tools to boost growth or productivity.

Mansioni

• Own growth strategy and backlog; build measurement framework.
• Navigate full funnel to meet growth goals: acquisition, onboarding, activation, retention, reactivation, referrals.
• Set end-to-end experimentation standards: hypothesis, instrumentation, analysis, iteration.
• Lead a cross-functional growth team with engineering, data, and design support.
• Align growth work with product roadmap and marketing as growth, prioritize based on evidence.
