Howard is seeking a remote, full-time BD specialist to join a fast-scaling hospitality platform backed by institutional capital. You will prospect premium homeowners, build relationships with real estate pros, and research expansion markets using AI tools to supercharge outreach.

Excellent fit for recent grads with internships or 0–3 years in sales, hospitality, or real estate. A base + commission structure rewards performance and growth opportunities abound.

Formación

• 0–3 years of experience in BD, sales, hospitality, real estate, consulting, or recruiting.
• Strong communication and outbound prospecting skills.
• Ability to manage multiple relationships and tasks.
• Familiarity with AI tools in daily work.
• Interest in hospitality, real estate and tech.

Responsabilidades

• Hunting down and connecting with premium homeowners to join the portfolio.
• Building relationships with brokers, developers, designers, and real estate pros for referrals.
• Running market research to scout expansion markets.
• Using AI tools to boost prospecting, outreach, and CRM.
• Help shape playbooks and workflows as the team scales.
