Reboot Monkey is seeking a Growth Marketer to drive paid growth for e-commerce and personal brands. The role splits duties across creative strategy, Meta ads management, and client communication, with an emphasis on audience research and compelling copy.

You will craft hooks, scripts, and visuals, manage campaigns, and translate results into clear client guidance while maintaining brand consistency. Remote-first with flexible scheduling.

Qualificações

• Strong copywriting that speaks to the scrolling audience.
• Habit of studying ads and reverse-engineering what makes campaigns work.
• Working knowledge of core ad metrics: CPM, CTR, CVR, CPA/CPL.
• Confidence leading client relationships and strategy conversations.

Responsabilidades

• Research audience pain points, objections, and outcomes via Reddit, reviews, competitor ads, and social listening.
• Build persona profiles and identify resonant angles for each audience.
• Write hooks, scripts, and body copy that drive engagement and conversions.
• Direct creative production, including shot selection and visual storytelling, while keeping brand consistency.
• Set up and manage Meta ad campaigns, from audience targeting to budget allocation.
• Read CPM, CTR, conversion rate, and CPA/CPL to identify winning creatives and reasons.
• Translate performance data into actionable client recommendations.
• Lead client meetings, set the agenda, and document progress between calls.
