Baker Hughes is seeking a Sales Advisor for Directional Drilling Services in the Vaca Muerta basin. You will drive the commercial strategy, manage the full sales cycle, and engage with operators and drilling contractors to deliver value.

Role requires deep technical knowledge, strong communication, and ability to translate engineering insights into commercial outcomes. This position offers flexible working options while maintaining team collaboration across offices.

Formación

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Directional Drilling, MWD/LWD, motors, RSS, or BHA optimization.
• Strong ability to interpret wellbore data and drilling KPIs.
• Experience with operators in shale basins or Vaca Muerta preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Developing and executing the commercial strategy for Directional Drilling Services in the Vaca Muerta basin.
• Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation.
• Building and maintaining relationships with key operators and drilling contractors.
• Delivering technical presentations and post-well analyses to demonstrate value.
• Collaborating with operations, engineering, and product lines to ensure service quality.
