atomic HR is a recruiting startup helping talent across Latin America land remote roles with US and Canada startups and marketing agencies. This is an entry-level outbound talent specialist role focused on lead generation and outreach, working with AI tools and a sourcing platform to scale outreach while keeping a human touch.

You’ll research roles and audiences, craft personalized messages, post roles, review applicants, and maintain a clean pipeline.
