You will research audiences, craft personalized outreach, post roles, review applicants, and maintain a clean pipeline with AI tools to move fast.

• Post and promote roles so the right people apply.
• Review applicants and shortlist those worth talking to.
• Keep the pipeline organized and follow up to avoid losing candidates.
• Use AI and sourcing tools to handle a large volume with a personal touch.
• Track what’s working and adjust approach based on data.
