DEPT® is seeking a Manager specialized in Paid Search to drive growth by orchestrating campaigns and delivering strategic roadmaps. You will lead cross-functional efforts, mentor teammates, and contribute to thought leadership while ensuring high-quality, on-time delivery for client work.

The role requires 2+ years in paid search, expertise with SA360, and strong analytics. You will work in a hybrid Buenos Aires setup, collaborating with offices in Villa Crespo or Mar del Plata.

Formación

• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on paid search experience across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and analytics platforms.
• Advanced understanding of paid search strategy across the funnel, including SA360 bid management.
• Experience managing campaigns across Google Search, Display, and App campaigns with full-funnel activation.
• Proven experience designing and analyzing A/B tests to inform optimization decisions.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills; proficient in Excel for data analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client-facing work.
• Experience mentoring or managing junior team members.

Responsabilidades

• Lead paid search strategy and execution across a portfolio of clients; meet or exceed targets.
• Develop optimization and monitoring strategies using SA360.
• Own paid search contributions to client roadmaps, testing plans, dashboards, and QBRs/FBRs.
• Prioritize initiatives with the greatest impact on performance and client objectives.
• Collaborate with Client Partners to deliver strategic recommendations and communications.
• Contribute paid search content to critical client deliverables and business reviews.
• Ensure QA and budgeting stewardship across all paid search work.
• Coach team members and support onboarding and skill development.
