DEPT® Buenos Aires is seeking an experienced SEO Manager to lead organic growth for client brands. You will guide Associates, oversee GEO strategy, and ensure alignment with client goals across technical, content, and authority signals.

You will navigate AI-driven search landscapes, manage audits, and mentor junior talent, while communicating insights to clients and cross-functional teams.

Formación

• 3–5 years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably in an agency.
• Deep expertise in technical SEO and site migrations.
• Proven track record in outreach and link acquisition.
• Experience adapting SEO for AI-driven ecosystems (GEO).
• Familiarity with Ahrefs, Semrush, Botify, Screaming Frog, GSC.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and oversee SEO roadmaps bridging traditional SEO with GEO.
• Lead authority-building and digital PR for high-quality backlinks.
• Perform audits on JavaScript rendering, site structure, and Core Web Vitals.
• Lead client meetings, translating data into business insights.
• Collaborate with content teams to embed SEO in storytelling.
• Mentor SEO Associates and review deliverables.
• Monitor AI updates and pivot strategies to maintain advantage.
• Use GA, GSC, and AI-tracking tools to identify growth opportunities.
