TransPerfect’s GlobalLink Technology Services Engineering team delivers technical assistance to customers and internal teams for the GlobalLink suite of products. You will build deep understanding of GlobalLink technologies and handle user queries via the ticketing system.

The role emphasizes strong English communication, Windows troubleshooting, collaboration with developers, and documentation of issues for future reference.

Formación

• Excellent oral and written communication in English.
• Ability to promptly answer support-related emails, calls and other communications.
• Strong Windows skills and familiarity with troubleshooting.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and team orientation.
• Ability to follow procedures to meet deadlines; self-motivated and organized.
• Ability to self-learn new technologies from documentation, eLearning, and simulations.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Sciences or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience with technical support and bug reporting tools, identifying and tracking issues.

Responsabilidades

• Build advanced understanding of GlobalLink technologies.
• Monitor and respond to user queries via the ticketing system.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to GlobalLink products.
• Manage and generate licenses for some GlobalLink applications.
• Collaborate with development teams and product owners; report bugs and track issues in the ticketing system.
• Document issues internally for future reference using existing templates.
• Post and maintain information related to GlobalLink, customer requirements, or support procedures on the Intranet.
• Train and guide less experienced colleagues on GlobalLink and other applications.
• Assist in creating training materials for new and existing software and procedures.
• Complete all other tasks assigned by the manager/supervisor.
