Job summary

J.P. Morgan in Argentina seeks a Client Onboarding Associate to lead treasury product implementations for US and international clients.

You will coordinate a cross-functional project team and translate client needs into technical specs to ensure a best-in-class onboarding experience. Based in Argentina, you will partner with client managers, product, operations, and risk teams to deliver timely deployments, manage stakeholder expectations, and escalate issues when needed using WebEx/Zoom and

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in science or business administration.
• 1+ years of client-facing work experience.
• General treasury product knowledge.
• Clear communication, partnership and influencing abilities.
• Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal and organizational skills.

• Team-oriented and collaborative.

Responsibilities

• Own the product implementation and training experience for assigned clients.
• Meet clients via WebEx, Zoom and other collaboration tools.
• Build and maintain relationships with partners in RM, Sales, Service, Operations and Product.
• Manage client and partner expectations through the implementation process.
• Demonstrate ownership of the implementation experience and client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Operations and Product Management to streamline processes.
• Identify business risks and own issues as they arise.
• Translate client requirements into detailed technical specifications for treasury services.
• Document meeting agendas, minutes and project plans; use workflow tools for updates.
• Escalate when necessary and manage timelines to exceed expectations.
