Job summary

JP Morgan seeks a Client Onboarding Implementations professional to own the end-to-end onboarding experience for global treasury product implementations. You will act as the project manager and single point of contact, guiding clients and internal partners through complex onboarding journeys and ensuring a high-quality, on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Passion for delivering a stellar client and partner experience.
• Project management experience; experience with complex treasury implementations a plus.
• Comfort in a fast-paced, dynamic client-facing environment.
• Ability to clearly communicate, partner, and influence others toward a common goal.
• Adherence to policy and procedures and meeting or exceeding SLA.
• Experience with banking tools and API-driven implementations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent the project manager as the single point-of-contact on assigned global implementations.
• Deliver a first-class, end-to-end client experience during treasury product implementations.
• Manage client and internal partner expectations with consultative advice on treasury solutions (RFPs, presentations, visits).
• Scope client requests and translate business requirements into detailed treasury service specifications.
• Document scope, meeting agendas, and minutes using MS Office.
• Use workflow tools for status updates and document repository management.
• Establish timeliness and dependencies to exceed expectations.
• Demonstrate creative problem-solving and risk awareness; escalate when needed.
