JP Morgan Chase is seeking a Client Onboarding Associate to lead treasury product implementations for Global clients. You will manage a project team delivering onboarding and training, coordinating with Relationship Management, Sales, Service, Operations and Product teams to ensure a best-in-class client experience.

The role emphasizes collaboration, risk awareness, and proactive issue resolution, with strong communication and organizational skills to meet client expectations.

Qualificações

• Bachelor degree in science or business administration.
• Client-facing experience with 1+ years preferred.
• Knowledge of treasury products and risk awareness.
• Ability to communicate clearly and influence stakeholders.
• Experience presenting and organizing information.

Responsabilidades

• Own the product implementation and training for assigned clients.
• Meet clients via WebEx, Zoom and other collaboration tools.
• Build relationships with Relationship Management, Sales, Service, Ops and Product teams.
• Manage client and partner expectations and ensure timely delivery.
• Document requirements into detailed technical specs for treasury services.
• Collaborate with operations and product management to streamline processes.
