Job summary

J.P. Morgan is seeking an Implementation Project Manager to lead end-to-end onboarding for treasury product implementations. You will be the single point of contact for clients, guiding them through each step and ensuring a seamless experience in payments and receivables projects.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and leverage MS Office tools to document scope, plans, and progress, while meeting tight SLAs and expanding client value across global onboarding initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in project delivery for client onboarding.
• Ability to translate business requirements into actionable plans.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end client onboarding and implementation projects for payments/receivables.

• Translate client requests into detailed specifications and plans.
• Document scope, meeting notes, and project plans; update status in workflow tools.
• Establish timelines and dependencies to exceed expectations.
• Escalate obstacles to ensure project success and maintain momentum.
