Formación

• 5+ years in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, or Talent Management roles.
• Experience managing full-cycle recruitment across functions.
• Experience recruiting globally or multi-country.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience using recruitment technology and ATS platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end Talent Acquisition lifecycle for global hiring needs.
• Own recruitment operations, systems, and data integrity (ATS, reporting).
• Create dashboards and metrics to measure recruitment effectiveness.
• Support talent programs, employer branding, and university/internship initiatives.
• Continuously evaluate and scale recruiting processes for efficiency and quality.
