The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of recruiting experience supporting entry to high-volume roles. You will utilize your stakeholder partnership skills and proficiency with ATS/CRM tools to drive effective hiring strategies.

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience supporting entry-level to high-volume roles.
• Strong consultative and stakeholder partnership skills are essential.
• Experience advising on offer strategy and negotiating within guidelines.

• Own full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles, from job posting to offer delivery.
• Partner with hiring managers through structured intake and ongoing consultation.
• Negotiate offers within established guidelines and coordinate required approvals.
