RYZ Labs is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter in Buenos Aires to join our Recruiting team. You will partner across teams to source and hire top technical talent for global clients, managing end-to-end recruitment campaigns.

Responsibilities include coordinating with hiring managers, screening candidates, and driving a fast, professional interview process. Fluency in English is required; plus 5+ years in technical recruiting and ATS/CTS experience are expected.

Formación

• Fluent in English, verbal and written.
• +5 years of technical recruiting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience managing end-to-end recruiting processes.
• CTS/ATS experience with sourcing, tracking and managing candidates.
• Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships.
• Strong communication, organizational and negotiation skills.

Responsabilidades
