Revolut Ltd seeks a Product Strategy & Operations Manager to shape how we expand and operate globally. You will work on high-impact initiatives, using insight to solve challenges, scale processes, and deliver better outcomes for customers.

Building scalable processes, leading core infra projects, and shaping priorities will be central to the role, with vendor management and data-driven decision making at the core.

Qualifications

• A 2:1 degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of work experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in coding with SQL, Python, or R.
• Ability to take ownership and lead complex projects end to end.
• Data-driven problem solving with a proactive mindset.
• Interest in the financial industry.

Responsibilities

• Building and optimising scalable processes to support rapid business expansion.
• Leading and executing end-to-end core infrastructure projects.
• Exploring and defining project priorities for the team.
• Setting timelines to reach goals efficiently.
• Identifying and proposing new features to enhance customer experience.
• Managing critical vendor relationships and building performance tracking systems.
• Developing strategic supply chain partnerships and negotiating commercial terms.
