Job summary

Revolut is seeking a Financial Control Manager for its Argentina operations to ensure robust accounting and reporting across banking, insurance, and trading functions.

You will consolidate Argentina GL accounts, manage month-end closes, and drive IFRS-compliant financial controls in a fast-growing fintech environment. This role reports to the Head of Accounting and requires leadership in cross‑functional finance activities.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in fund accounting, fund administration, or audit within asset management.
• Recognised accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or CPA).
• Expertise in fund accounting, finance, and operations.
• Experience overseeing third‑party fund administrators and depositaries.
• Academic background from a top university.

• Prepare consolidated GL accounts for Argentina in ERP Oracle NetSuite under IFRS.
• Coordinate the accounting and month-end closing process.
• Ensure accurate and timely closing of books for monthly and annual reporting.
• Manage the accounting policy and implement IFRS changes.
• Implement process improvements to boost reporting efficiency and accuracy.
• Participate in audits and support controls.
• Contribute to consolidation and financial control processes.
• Advise on accounting and reporting issues.

We're looking for a Financial Control Manager who'll report to the Head of Accounting. You'll be pulling together accounts that cover banking, insurance, and trading functions.

What you'll be doing

• Preparing consolidated GL accounts for Argentina in ERP Oracle NetSuite under IFRS
• Coordinating the accounting and month-end closing process
• Ensuring accurate and timely closing of the books for monthly and annual reporting
• Managing the accounting policy, ensuring it's up-to-date and latest changes in IFRS and group policies are implemented
• Implementing process improvements to boost the efficiency and accuracy of monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting through automation and control measures
• Participating in annual and interim audits
• Advising on accounting and reporting issues
• Contributing to and defining consolidation as well as financial control processes and procedures

What you'll need

• 4+ years of experience in a fund accounting, fund administration, or audit role within asset management
• A recognised accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or CPA)
• Expertise in fund accounting, finance, and operations
• Expertise with management and financial oversight of third-party fund administrators and depositaries
• An academic background from a top university

Nice to have

• A solid understanding of illiquid asset valuation methodologies, cap tables, accounting methodologies, and cash management
• Experience implementing or managing API integrations between fund administrators and internal ledgers
• A degree in STEM, business, or finance
