What you’ll be doing

• Overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring our features are working properly, and monitoring metrics to understand customer behaviour
• Liaising with local teams, such as Legal, Compliance, Technology, Risk, and Finance
• Managing project prioritisation
• Defining playbooks and processes for execution of services to continue enabling hyper-growth
• Managing critical vendor relationships and strategic partnerships
• Identifying and developing financial features, as well as operational, licensing, and growth opportunities
