Revolut is seeking a Product Strategy & Operations Manager to help shape how we expand and operate globally from Argentina. You will design scalable processes, own core infrastructure projects, and prioritise initiatives to improve efficiency and customer experience.

You’ll leverage SQL, Python or R to analyse data, guide decisions, and drive measurable impact in a fast-paced financial tech environment. A 2:1 degree and 5+ years of experience are expected.

Formación

• A 2:1 degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of work experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in coding with SQL, Python, or R.
• Solid track record of taking ownership and leading complex projects end to end.
• Ability to deconstruct complex problems and work with data-driven solutions.
• Proactive mindset with a focus on delivering data-driven impact.
• Interest in the financial industry.

Responsabilidades

• Build and optimise scalable processes to support rapid business expansion.
• Lead and execute end-to-end core infrastructure projects.
• Explore and define project priorities for the team.
• Set timelines to reach goals efficiently.
• Identify and propose new features to enhance customer experience.
• Manage critical vendor relationships and build performance tracking systems.
• Develop strategic supply chain partnerships and negotiate commercial terms.
