Job summary

Revolut Ltd seeks a Payments Implementation Manager to drive end-to-end regional integration of payment networks and product rails, validate BRDs, and serve as the main contact for external partners and central banks. • Knowledge of payment standards, messaging protocols, or card processing workflows.
• Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder integration projects or product launches.
• Strong communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to deep-dive into topics, using expertise and tools.
• Autonomy in planning and executing actions, updating processes and reports.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Driving end-to-end regional integration and rollout of newly assigned payment networks, schemes, and product rails.
• Scoping, producing, and validating BRDs to ensure smooth integration.
• Acting as main technical or operational point of contact for external partners, payment scheme operators, and central banks.
• Building, tracking, and deep-diving into live performance dashboards using SQL to monitor transaction behaviours.
• Taking functional ownership of system health by analysing logs and troubleshooting routing or payment failures.
• Establishing robust operational controls, tracking performance metrics, and alerting leadership to regulatory or service gaps.
• Building repeatable frameworks, process documentation, and local SOPs from scratch in ambiguous environments.

We're looking for a Payments Implementation Manager to work on high-impact payments initiatives throughout the business, using insight to solve challenges, scale processes, and deliver better outcomes for our customers.

What you'll be doing

• Driving end-to-end regional integration and rollout of newly assigned payment networks, schemes, and product rails
• Scoping, producing, and validating technically precise business requirement documents (BRDs) to ensure smooth integration
• Acting as a main technical or operational point of contact for external partners, payment scheme operators, and central banks
• Building, tracking, and deep-diving into live performance dashboards using SQL to monitor transaction behaviours
• Taking functional ownership of system health by analysing logs and troubleshooting complex routing or payment failures
• Establishing robust operational controls, tracking performance metrics, and proactively alerting leadership to regulatory or service level gaps
• Building repeatable frameworks, process documentation, and localised standard operating procedures entirely from scratch in ambiguous environments

What you'll need

• 4+ years of experience in payment operations, integration management, or technical product management
• Knowledge of payment standards, messaging protocols, or card processing workflows
• Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder integration projects, or full product market launches and migrations
• Solid communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders
• The ability to deep-dive into topics, leveraging expertise and tools
• Autonomy in planning and executing actions, such as constructing processes from scratch and updating them, following service indicators, building reports, etc.
• Fluency in English

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech or banking
• Familiarity with launching banking products
