Qualifications

• A technical degree from a top university.
• Solid design experience building retail credit products.
• Understanding of the full credit lifecycle and its impact on customer experience.
• Knowledge of UI/UX and customer behaviour.
• Experience analysing data and risk management principles.
• Programming and data analysis skills.
• Experience in user research and prioritising features by customer needs.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Analytical approach and data-driven decisions.
• Ability to lead a team and build partnerships.
• Passion for building new processes and challenging the status quo.
