IQVIA Argentina in Buenos Aires seeks a Contracts Specialist to prepare and maintain client contracts, ensuring accurate terms, budgets, and scope of work.

You will act as the primary interface on small to mid-size projects within a Global team, collaborating across colleagues and customers to deliver timely contract execution.

Requirements include a life sciences or related degree, 1 year of contracts experience, English fluency, and proficiency with Excel/PowerPoint/Word.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Life Science, Business Management or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of direct experience in contracts.
• Strong project management and negotiation abilities; able to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Knowledge of CRO/pharmaceutical industry is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Work with project teams to determine terms and conditions of contracts.
• Negotiate, develop and revise contracts, budgets and scope of work.
• Ensure scope, budgets and changes are aligned with the main study contract.
• Serve as primary customer interface on small to mid-size projects and support senior team members.
• Project manage the contracting process and ensure timely contract execution.
