IQVIA is seeking a Contract Specialist to draft, review and negotiate clinical trial agreements (CTAs, CDAs) for site activation. This home-based role requires negotiation with investigative sites and cross-functional collaboration to align budgets and timelines.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in clinical research contract negotiation and an advanced level of English, supporting North America from a distributed team. Remote work flexibility is offered.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 2 years of experience in clinical research supporting contract and budget negotiation with sites.
• Advanced English skills; team supports North America.

Responsabilidades

• Draft, review, and negotiate standard clinical trial agreements (CTAs, CDAs, amendments).
• Manage contract portfolio to support site activation and study timelines.
• Serve as main contact for sites and internal teams on contract matters.
