Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of payroll processing experience in Argentina.
• Strong knowledge of monthly and final payroll calculations.
• Experience with Income Tax (4th category) settlements.
• Familiarity with social security contributions and Digital Payroll Book.
• Experience with vacations, leaves, overtime and terminations.
• Proficient in Tango, Visma or similar payroll software.
• Advanced Excel for calculations, reconciliations and reporting.
• English at least B2 level (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Execute complete monthly payroll processing for Argentina.
• Manage final settlements and termination processes per law.
• Administer and control 4th category income tax settlements.
• Process payroll changes: vacations, leaves, overtime, absences.
