EY Global Delivery Services seeks a Payroll Delivery Analyst (Staff) to support end-to-end payroll operations for clients across Argentina and Latin America. You will handle regular, off-cycle, and year-end payroll processing, validations, reporting, and inquiries while ensuring accuracy and compliance with EY standards.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field and 1–3 years’ experience in payroll or finance, strong Excel skills, and fluent English and Spanish.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in accounting or HRS or payroll field.
• 1–3 years in payroll, accounting, HR, or finance preferred.
• Strong English and Spanish, written and verbal.

Responsabilidades

• Support end-to-end payroll processing activities for assigned clients, including regular, off-cycle, and year‑end payroll activities.
• Collect, validate, and process payroll inputs, including new hires, terminations, employee changes, compensation updates, deductions, benefits, and statutory adjustments.
• Maintain payroll records and employee data by accurately updating payroll systems and supporting documentation.
• Review payroll transactions and input files for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established procedures.
• Assist with payroll validations, reconciliations, audits, and pre-payroll review activities.
• Prepare payroll reports and supporting documentation, including earnings, deductions, taxes, leave balances, statutory payments, and payroll summaries.
• Support employee and client payroll inquiries by gathering information, conducting research, and providing timely responses.
• Assist in resolving payroll discrepancies and escalating complex issues or compliance concerns as appropriate.
• Support quarter‑end, year‑end, audit, and compliance activities as required.
• Ensure payroll activities are completed in accordance with payroll calendars, deadlines, service-level agreements, and operational requirements.
• Maintain payroll operations by following EY policies, procedures, controls, confidentiality standards, and compliance requirements.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support payroll process documentation, SOPs, and knowledge management initiatives.
• Identify potential payroll risks, exceptions, or operational issues and elevate to senior team members when necessary.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support operational projects, implementations, transitions, or process enhancements.
• Perform ad hoc reporting and other payroll-related duties as required.
