Operationsarmy seeks a Centralized Monitoring Lead for LATAM in a remote role across multiple countries. You will lead the Centralized Monitoring team, partner with project and clinical leads to optimize delivery per contract while maintaining quality, speed and cost efficiency.

You will manage study metrics, contribute to analytics strategy, support monitoring approaches, attend meetings, and mentor junior staff. Fluent English and strong collaboration are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• +3 years of relevant clinical monitoring experience (remote or on site).
• +2 years in a Lead role.
• Advanced knowledge of clinical trial conduct and regulatory requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Centralized Monitoring team and collaborate with project/clinical leads.
• Oversee study metrics, trends, and action plans across global projects.
• Contribute to analytics strategy and advanced analytics development.
• Support monitoring strategy development and RBM tools.
• Mentor junior staff and ensure study documentation readiness.
