Job summary

Deel is the global payroll and HR platform enabling teams to hire and pay workers worldwide. As a sales professional, you will own end-to-end deals with mid-market to large customers, driving growth for Deel IT offerings and delivering value across global teams.

You will navigate complex negotiations, build strong relationships, and work within a dynamic, remote-first environment that serves customers across many countries.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales quota carrying experience, ideally in IT SaaS (MDM, IAM, device lifecycle, SaaS procurement, or adjacent categories).
• Proven ability to close B2B software-led product sales.
• Strong pipeline development and collaboration with a BDR.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.

Your Responsibilities

• Hungry for success: You’re passionate and driven, and you’re willing to take risks, be creative, and always resilient.
• Seasoned sales professional: You have experience selling to MM (From 200 to 2,000 employees) sized customers, ideally a software-led product, and having strong success as a net new logo hunter.
• Ownership and execution: You take ownership of the complete sales cycle from start to finish, navigating complex commercial deals by building strong relationships and negotiating to a close.
• Strong Communicator: You are an excellent communicator with great presentation skills. You can effectively articulate and leverage the Deel IT value proposition to win the trust of customers and close deals.
• Owner mindset: You're passionate about Deel IT's product and mission and positively display this at every interaction within the sales cycle and beyond.

Key Requirements

• 2+ years of sales quota carrying experience - ideally in IT SaaS (MDM, IAM, device lifecycle, SaaS procurement, or adjacent categories).
• Seen great success: You have been an integral part of at least one great business success story, and know what it takes to deliver outlier results.
• Closing: A strong background in getting B2B software-led product sales across the line. You are an expert individual contributor with an excellent track record.
• Builder: You're willing and able to build out strong pipelines, whilst fluidly partnering with a BDR.
• Accurate and accountable: You can accurately forecast your sales results, you see the gaps in your pipeline and you are ahead of the curve, you strive to always go above and beyond.
• Teamwork: You have experience collaborating with teams across a growing company and building strong relationships.

• Our salary range reflects gross base salary. For commercial roles with commission eligibility, this figure represents On-Target Earnings (OTE), inclusive of base salary and target commission.
• Salary ranges are quoted in USD as a consistent global reference. Your offer will be localized to your country's currency using a market-aligned conversion.
• Final pay is based on objective, job-related criteria including experience, skills, and location.
• We don't ask about salary history. Offers are based on the role and what you bring to it.
