Syneos Health is seeking an Associate Director of Communications to lead internal communications initiatives across the organization in Argentina. You will shape messaging, drive engagement, and align with corporate priorities.

You will develop multi-channel campaigns, oversee content creation, and partner with global teams to support enterprise performance and change adoption. Travel up to 15% may be required. The role demands strategic thinking and strong stakeholder management.

Formación

• BA/BAS degree in a relevant field.
• 5–7 years of communications experience, healthcare or scientific background preferred.
• Global communications experience with travel up to 15%.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute internal communications strategies and campaigns.
• Create audience-appropriate content and multi-channel distribution (intranet, Teams, email, video, events).
• Establish measurement plans and dashboards; use analytics to optimize content and cadence.
• Collaborate with GCC&M and matrixed partners, supporting editorial governance and prioritization.
• Deliver on time, within budget, and manage issues/risks.
