Syneos Health, Inc. is seeking an Associate Director of Communications to lead internal communications across a global, matrixed organization from Argentina. You will develop strategies, craft content for intranet, Teams, email, video and live events, and measure impact with dashboards.

The role requires 5–7 years in communications, global experience, and travel up to 15%. Hybrid work in Buenos Aires with global collaboration.

Formación

• BA/BAS degree in a relevant field.
• 5–7 years of communications experience.
• Healthcare or scientific experience preferred.
• Global communications experience.
• Travel may be required up to 15%.
• Native proficiency in English; other languages a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, plan and execute internal communications initiatives aligned with strategy.
• Create compelling, audience-appropriate content across channels.
• Establish measurement plans, dashboards and analytics.
• Guide leaders on messaging, timing and channel selection.
• Deliver on time, within budget, and with quality standards.
• Manage issues and drive process improvements.
