Job summary

The candidate will coordinate with sales and operations, ensure timely field service delivery, and support capital planning for tools and equipment. Travel up to 50% is expected.

Qualifications

• BS or BA in a relevant field and 5–7 years of field service experience.
• Experience leading and developing field service technicians.
• Knowledge of pumps, seals, and rotating equipment; technical excellence required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Field Service Technicians and plan training.
• Recruit and retain a diverse global workforce; ensure succession plans.
• Maintain SHEA culture and safety standards; coordinate site hazards.
