Telos Media is seeking an experienced Data Migration Lead to oversee planning and execution of a large-scale data migration for a major client. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, define the migration approach and controls, and manage risks to ensure a smooth transition to the target system.

The role is 100% remote, requires English at interview, and aligns with a 9:00 AM–5:00 PM UTC workday. Strong experience with ERP migrations (S/4HANA preferred) is valued.

Formación

• Proven experience as a Data Migration Lead or Team Lead in large-scale enterprise programs.
• Strong knowledge of data migration methodology: extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation and loading.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams.
• Ability to define migration controls and risk management strategies.
• Experience working in S/4HANA or similar ERP migration programs (preferred).
• Intermediate to advanced English - interviews and daily work conducted in English.
• Availability to work in UTC timezone (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM).
