Fletcher Jones is seeking a Data Migration Lead to guide a cross-functional team through a critical data migration program for a global automotive client. You will define the approach, controls, and risk strategies, and ensure data readiness for the target ERP system.

Work 100% remotely in UTC hours, collaborating with stakeholders worldwide. Strong English communication is required, with interviews conducted in English. Prior experience on large-scale ERP migrations is preferred.

Formación

• Proven experience leading large-scale data migration programs.
• Strong knowledge of data extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation and loading.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams.
• Experience in S/4HANA or ERP migration projects is preferred.
• Fluent or intermediate-advanced English for interviews and daily work.

• Identify, assess and manage migration risks and issues
• Ensure a smooth and reliable transition with minimal disruption
• Report migration status and progress to senior stakeholders

Required Skills

• Proven experience as a Data Migration Lead or Team Lead in large-scale enterprise programs
• Strong knowledge of data migration methodology : extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation and loading
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams
• Ability to define migration controls and risk management strategiesExperience working in S/4HANA or similar ERP migration programs (preferred)
• Intermediate to advanced English - interviews and daily work conducted in English
• Availability to work in UTC timezone (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
