CompQsoft Digital in Argentina (remote) seeks a VP for LATAM Frontier Delivery Services to oversee delivery operations across Microsoft Frontier workloads, including Dynamics 365 CE & F&SCM, Power Platform, Copilot, and Azure. Initially hands-on while building the team, reporting to the Chief Customer Officer.

You will design and scale a high-performing delivery organization, recruit and mentor teams, drive IP development, and ensure targets and alignment across LATAM.

Formación

• 8+ years leading Microsoft solution delivery teams.
• Experience scaling enterprise-scale delivery programs.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.

Responsabilidades

• Design and develop custom applications using Power Platform and Dynamics 365 CE.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to delivery teams.
• Deliver end-to-end solutions across Dynamics 365 CE, F&SCM, Power Platform.
• Ensure delivery quality and effective resource utilization.
