Formación

• Bachelor's degree in data/engineering/computer science or business; master's preferred.
• 5+ years in data, analytics, technology, consulting, or digital transformation.
• Hands-on SQL, data modeling, pipelines, and data quality frameworks.
• Experience with Python, APIs, automation, and modern data workflows.
• Ability to translate business problems into data-driven solutions.
• Leadership of cross-functional teams and stakeholder alignment.
• Proficiency with BI tools and cloud platforms; familiarity with modern data stack.

Responsabilidades

• Define and standardize core data entities, metrics, hierarchies, and models.
• Build and oversee data pipelines, quality frameworks, and data products.
• Translate business needs into data requirements and roadmaps.
• Lead cross-functional delivery teams to execute data and technology initiatives.

• Leverage AI-assisted development and automation to accelerate delivery.
