Blanc Labs is seeking a Senior Data Architect to lead enterprise data strategy and architecture across modern data platforms. You will drive data modeling, governance, and scalable pipelines for analytics and AI workloads.

You will collaborate with data science teams, implement MDM, and design cloud-native solutions on AWS, Databricks, and Microsoft Fabric, shaping scalable data ecosystems across the organization.

Formación

• 8+ years designing data architectures for enterprise systems.
• Proven ability to design data models (conceptual, logical, physical).
• Extensive ETL/ELT pipeline experience for analytics and AI workloads.
• Hands-on MDM experience and data governance expertise.
• Strong SQL and Python; ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Design and evolve enterprise data architecture strategies and models.
• Lead ETL/ELT pipelines for analytics, reporting, and AI workloads.
• Architect MDM frameworks ensuring data quality and governance.
• Build modern data platforms using Databricks and Microsoft Fabric.
• Architect cloud-native data solutions on AWS with security and cost efficiency.
• Define metadata, lineage, and governance standards across systems.
• Collaborate with data science/AI teams to support GenAI and LLM use cases.
• Translate data requirements into scalable architectural solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to data engineering teams.
