AppDirect is seeking a data analyst to join our Buenos Aires team. You will translate business questions into data queries, ensure data quality, and support stakeholders with accurate insights across products and partnerships.

You’ll work with SQL and Python, perform data mapping, transformation, normalization, and conversion, and contribute to data warehouses. The hybrid role includes PTO, health coverage, English lessons, and opportunities to leverage AI for efficiency.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Mathematics, or related field or relative experience.
• 2-4 years of experience in data analysis, querying and manipulating data for analysis (SQL/Python/Etc.)
• Experience with relational data architecture.
• Experience with data analysis, transformation, normalization, and conversion.
• Experience with AI prompting for data analytics and agent building using methods that focus on keeping data secure when applicable.
• Excellent soft skills and a demonstrated ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
• Experience working with data warehouses.
• Experience with large data models and related tools like Apache Spark are a plus.

• Assist AppDirect Managers to operationalize data migration for the critical business initiatives and the data architecture roadmap (analyze/document/implement/test/troubleshoot)
• Provide data analysis, mapping, transformation, normalization, and conversion.
• Assist in collecting business requirements, documenting on how data is used in through AppDirect business, and in data testing/validation/UAT.
• Utilize AI in daily and long term tasks for efficiency.
• Identifying opportunities for operational improvement through automation.

What We're Looking For

The position offers a hybrid schedule: you will work one day per week onsite and four days remote. Compensation includes 15 paid working days (PTO) plus local holidays, comprehensive medical coverage (OSDE 310) for you and your dependents, reimbursement for eligible wellness activities, English lessons, global and local events participation, and much more!
