ZIM Integrated Shipping Services Ltd. is seeking a Customer Service Representative to manage end-to-end shipment support, booking changes, and client communications in a fast-paced environment.

You will coordinate with terminals and internal teams to ensure timely responses and maintain high service standards. Ideal candidates hold Foreign Trade education, strong English skills, and a customer-centric mindset, with experience in global logistics preferred.

Formación

• Academic education in Foreign Trade.
• Experience in a global shipping company is advantageous.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Strong English communication (speaking, reading, writing).
• Customer-focused approach and analytical thinking.

Responsabilidades

• Track and trace shipments and manage ETA/cut-off confirmations.
• Create, amend and cancel bookings; monitor SLA of 2 hours for confirmations.
• Coordinate with terminals and internal teams to resolve issues.
• Handle internal queries with Documentation, Finance, Sales, Operations and Equipment.
• Provide timely customer notifications and identify service improvement opportunities.
