Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in a relevant field (political science, journalism, digital media, international studies, etc.)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to work with cross-functional teams
• Calm under pressure, capable of handling urgent, developing situations and juggling multiple projects
• Proficiency in a foreign language is a plus

Responsibilities

• Understand and perform to expectation all new tasks, workflows and processes, including updates to existing work, as rolled out by Shift & Team Leads
• Readily suggest process improvements to drive efficiencies and improve the quality of the team’s work
• Participate in, and, as necessary, lead communication between stakeholders and supporting teams
• Research valuable help and information to those affected by a disaster
