Syneos Health, a leading life sciences services organization, is seeking a Paralegal I to support the global contracts function. This entry-level role emphasizes accuracy, organization, and collaboration with lawyers and business teams across regions.

You will assist with vendor and customer contract administration, tracking negotiations, coordinating signatures, and maintaining files under tight deadlines while learning the nuances of corporate law in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Work with a global team of contracts attorneys/professionals.
• Track status of agreements under negotiation, manage signature process for vendor and customer agreements (both e-signature and coordination of manual signatures), file finalized agreements, assign tickets per matrix.
• Provides logistical and organizational day-to-daysupport to the assigned Legal team.
• Must be able to work under tight deadlines and interact with lawyers and business teams globally.
• Perform other work-related duties as assigned.
