Job summary

GlobalLogic is seeking a legal contracts coordinator to support the commercial contracts team in Argentina. The role focuses on coordinating e-signature workflows, maintaining the CLM database, and drafting/negotiating IT and technology agreements.

You will work with a cross-functional team to ensure timely execution, maintain accurate records, and adopt AI-assisted workflows within the contract process.

Qualifications

• Legal education and/or paralegal certification with up to 3 years of experience.
• Experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating IT, technology products/services agreements is a plus.
• Ability to coordinate e-signature workflows and maintain contract databases.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the e-signature process for contracts as the main priority, ensuring timely execution.
• Maintain and improve the contract database within the CLM tool and store electronic agreements.
• Design and implement contract workflows reflecting team processes and evolving needs.
• Manage contract tracking and reporting; prepare monthly/quarterly/annual reports for leadership.
• Support teammates with day-to-day workload and answer questions on processes and tools.
• Assist in adopting AI tools within legal workflows and evaluate new features in the CLM platform.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts with a diverse customer base.
