Job summary

Cultural Care Au Pair is seeking a Program Coordinator based in Buenos Aires to grow the Argentinian market and our community of global families participating in the au pair program.

You will report to the Country Product Manager, build strong relationships with families and au pairs, and collaborate with teams in the USA and Zurich to deliver an outstanding experience, all while hitting targets and delivering on ambitious growth plans.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a client-facing, results-driven role with demonstrated ability to meet targets.
• Bachelor’s Degree required; international exposure is a plus.
• Bilingual Spanish and English proficiency is required.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience living abroad preferred (at least 6 months).

Responsibilities

• Grow the Argentinian market with ownership of approval goals.
• Recruit, screen, and coach potential au pairs with excellent customer service.
• Collaborate with the local au pair community to achieve targets.
• Coordinate with USA and Zurich HQ to ensure a high-quality au pair experience.
